In December you applied to participate in my upcoming "Business Deep Dive" course. And guess what, YOU'RE IN!!!!
My name is Bonnie Harmon the founder of www.BusinessTransformation.Consulting and welcome to the Business Deep Dive Course where I'm delighted to be able to share my success as a business owner of over the past 15 years and help you to take your business to the next level.

First of all, thank you so much for agreeing to be a Beta Tester for the course, and to test the course with me. As a Beta Tester you'll receive access to the course for FREE in return for your feedback about the course material, pace, style of teaching etc.
Here's a quick run down about the timing and elements that will be included in the course.
Course Launch Date:
Monday, January 23, 2017 – please put that date in your calendar now. You will start to have access to the materials for the course on that date.
Duration of Course:
The course will last for 6 weeks and new material will launch in the Teachable classroom each Monday.
The lectures, videos and handouts will all be in the teachable platform. Modules will pop up as I continue to create them!
As a Beta tester you'll have access to the material for the 6 weeks of the course followed by an additional week to complete any remaining assignments.
An invitation will be sent to join the Teachable classroom on Thursday, January 19, 2017 so that you can familiarize yourself with the layout before the course starts.
1. Facebook Group
There will be a Business Deep Dive-Beta Facebook Group where I will provide feedback and you'll have an opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs. I have created it specially for this group where you can share your successes, tribulations, and to ask questions, support each other and create a great community with others in this group.
An invitation will be sent to join the group on Thursday, January 19, 2017.
This is a "must do" activity: in other courses I have found that the FB group is a an excellent way to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and for you to get feedback from me.
I will be active in the group and respond to specific questions usually within 24 hours (please tag me!).
2. Weekly Office Hours (Group Coaching)
Every Thursday during the course at 12:00pm PT, I will host video office hours to answer your questions about the weekly material using the Zoom platform (it’s free to join when you’re a Beta!). This is an excellent time to get 1 on 1 support and to also hear what others are working on.
The office hours will be recorded and posted in the classroom.
Information about how to participate in office hours will also be sent out in the January 19, 2017 e-mail. You have the option to appear on video, audio or to type your question in the chat box.
3. The Feedback Exchange
In exchange for attending the course you are requested to provide feedback. At the end of each week I will include a link to a Survey Monkey survey. This will allow you to provide feedback. This is a requirement for the course and the course now has a waiting list so I would be grateful if you would give the regular feedback and do the PDF exercises as a minimum, in order to stay on the course. This will also ensure that the deliverables will be met to REALLY help YOUR business (which, I expect is why you joined up in the first place!).
Also, you can provide feedback to me in the Facebook group or during office hours.
At the end of the 6 weeks I would like you to complete a final survey and, if you’re happy with the course, provide a video and/or written testimonial to let others know your experience with the course.
