Who is teaching this course?
Hi, my name is Bonnie Harmon, and I'm so glad you're here with me! Previously co-founder of a £MM company and Director for 12 years, I'm now a strategic transformation specialist - I help people and organisations get clarity, become resourceful and deliver solid results. My work includes onboarding of transformation methodologies and improving financial processes.
My specialist interest is in creating virtuous cycles in business practices and mechanisms - unblocking stagnant areas in businesses and working to accelerate transformation.
With a respected track record in the City of London where I was financial controller of a Japanese Bank and then JP Morgan where I ran a futures and options team handling high volume daily derivatives trades and compliance, my experience as an entrepreneur covers multiple disciplines within a company, I have a wide experience in organisational management.
I'm also is a Master Practitioner in NLP, a Master Practitioner in EFT (a rapid-results healing modality) a Master Coach and a Certified trainer in Modern Stress Management for individuals and organisations, as well as an Emotional and Social Intelligence Coach and a Social Entrepreneurship Trainer, which all helps to be able to ask the correct questions and get to the heart of the issues.
